The grappa of Fiano di Avellino is obtained from our pomace of Fiano grapes, destined for the production of Fiano di Avellino, selected in the territory of the Municipality of Serra di Pratola and Manocalzati. With delicate shades, it presents delicate but intense olfactory sensations of white flowers such as rose, violet, to finish an unmistakable flavor of August hazelnut husk. Soft, harmonious taste with a retronasal aroma that recalls the elegant characteristics of the grape with which this grappa is produced. The noble distillate is left to rest in the bottle for at least 12 months.
